At ShreejiGraphic.com, we provide digital graphic design templates (mainly CDR files) which can be downloaded instantly after purchase. Since our products are non-physical, digital files, returns or exchanges are not applicable.

Once a product is purchased and the file is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Important Information for Buyers

To avoid any issues, we strongly request all customers to carefully check the following before making a purchase:

  1. Read the Product Description – Ensure you understand what is included in the file.
  2. Check Software Compatibility – Confirm the file is compatible with your version of CorelDRAW (or other required software).
  3. Fonts & Resources – Verify whether fonts are included, or if you may need to install them separately.
  4. View Demo/Preview Images or Videos (if available) – So you know exactly what the final product looks like.

Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following special cases:

  • If the file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened.
  • If the download link is not accessible after payment (technical error).

In such cases, you can contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order details, and we will provide a corrected file or assist you in resolving the issue.
